This has been my breakfast for a while now. 
It's simple, light and delicious. 
All you need is a banana, natural yoghurt, strawberry jam and some peanuts. 

Here's how I do it:

 I place the banana cutted in pieces in the bowl.

then I drop the iogurt and the strawberry jam over it

and finally, I add some peanuts.
