WHEN THE FIRST WARM DAYS OF MARCH START TO COME OUT, I CAN'T HELP BUT GET A FELLING OF SUMMER. 
AKA, I START TO FEEL VERY BODY SELFCONSCIOUS. I'VE GAINED 5kg SINCE LAST SUMMER. ALL THOSE CROISSANTS
AND CAFE AU LAIT REALLY GOT ME. I HAD TO PUT A STOP TO IT. I'M NOW TRYING TO EAT CLEAN AND HEALTHY AS
MUCH AS POSSIBLE. AND THIS TIME, I'M HITTING THE GYM TOO. I'M TRYING TO GO EVERYDAY, I REALLY WANT TO FEEL
MORE FIT. I SHOULD HAVE STARTED MONTHS AGO, BUT REALLY, BETTER LATE THAN EVER.

THIS BREAKFAST IS HEALTHY AND OH SO DELICIOUS.  A BOWL WITH SMASHED BANANA, ORANGE AND 1/2 AVOCADO, 
TOPPED WITH OATS, STRAWBERRIES AND CHIA SEEDS. TO GO WITH, A CUP OF GREEN TEA, WHICH HAS MULTIPLE 
BENEFITS FOR YOUR BODY.

  1. Que fotografias e detalhes lindos, Inês! Adorei a receita, parece tão simples. Preciso mesmo de retomar os meus bons hábitos matinais (que isto da meia de leite e torradinha é muito bom mas pesa muito na balança no final do mês!)
