Any long weekend is a good excuse to make a short trip to Madrid.

It's so lovely to stroll around it's streets, stop by Malasaña and shop on it's vintage shops, eat delicious chuletons on it's restaurants, walk around park the retiro.

Just another magic spot around Soho, New York City.

My hotel was in the area and it was such a joy waking up everyday and strolling around the streets of Soho, looking for the best coffee place, the cutest shop.

God, I miss you New York.

West Village is where the heart is.

A few months ago I went to New York for the second time. It is my favorite city in the world, and if the first time I went was pure enchantment, this time was for enjoyment. 

                    

Haven't shared anything from this trip yet. 

Here come the New York posts, inlcuding some tips and hotspots in town.

I re-visited my favorite neightborhood there, West Village. Wandering the cafe and boutique shop filled streets and looking at the houses, one dreams how wonderful would it be to live there one day.

Here comes the weekend!
There's not much else I love more than a good weekend brunch. 
These are my favorite spots for brunch in Lisbon:

Heim Cafe.

Starting with my favorite! Everything is delicious and the place itself is really cosy.
You must try: the creme de cafe pancakes, french toast and mushroom toast. It's usualy packed, but nothing an early morning can't prevent ;)

Dear Breakfast.

A nice quit place I usualy go when I dont wanna go all out with my brunch. The eggs benedict are quite something!

Fauna&Flora.

This is a great one, more on the healthy side. The downer: it's always full! You have to wait at least 30 minutes in line if you wanna taste their goods. But it worths the wait for the banana&peanut butter smoothie, as well as the toasts!

I give you la Costa Amalfitana through my analog lens.  There's something so magic about analogic photography. 
Instead of taking my trusty Canon 5D with me, I decided to go raw this time. I got myself a disposable camera to shoot away on our Italian trip. There's nothing quite like the excitement of developing moments captured in a single shot. Not to mention the colors. There's no app filter that lives up to this.
